Terms of Service
Last updated: October 26, 2026. These terms govern use of EluteCAD, a service provided by TKOResearch LLC (“we”).
1. The service
EluteCAD is decision-support software for estimating cumulative extractables exposure from single-use process equipment and comparing it with toxicological limits. It is offered as an early-access service.
2. Intended use and your responsibilities
- EluteCAD supports, and does not replace, the judgment of a qualified toxicologist and your quality unit. You are responsible for the data you enter, the toxicological limits you approve, and the decisions you make.
- If you use EluteCAD for GMP-relevant decisions, you are responsible for assessing and documenting its fitness for your intended use under your quality management system (for example, a risk-based computer software assurance approach).
- You must keep your credentials and authenticator device secure. Electronic signatures are legally binding equivalents of your handwritten signature within your organization.
3. Your data
You own the data you and your organization enter, including vendor data you are licensed to use. You grant us the rights needed to host and process it to provide the service. Each organization's data is private to it; we do not share it between customers or use it to train AI models.
4. Records and retention
Audit trails, signatures and approved records are retained for the life of your account and are designed not to be altered or deleted. You can export assessment data packages and reports at any time. On termination we will make your records available for export before deletion.
5. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access other organizations' data, disrupt the service, probe it for vulnerabilities without written permission, or upload content you have no right to use.
6. Early access
The service is provided “as is” during early access, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
